Civil War Reenactment ( Saltville , VA )
The Civil War Reenactment to be held on Lake Drive in Saltville, VA August 16 and August 17 and will offer night fire and a skirmish on Saturday night at 9:30 PM. At 1:30 PM, each day, there will be a skirmish in the woods. Ladies’ tea at 11 AM and a hog-calling contest at 11:30 AM. Camp opens at 10 AM each day and the battles of Saltville will be fought at 2 PM each day. On Saturday, the camp closes at 4 PM and reopens at 6:30 PM for the evening activities. At 7 PM, you are invited to bring your fiddles and guitars for a jam session. Admission is $5. Children under 6 admitted free.
